Fail. Attacks on Ashby backfire
Attacks by Professional Grub Anthony Alba-sleazy on vicitm of alleged sexual harrasment, James Ashby have backfired in the Federal Court. Mr Albasleazy accused Mr Ashby of being part of a 'Watergate' style criminal conspiracy.

Why is this terrorist not in jail?
Martin McGuinness is a terrorist, who was once an senior Irish Republican Army commander, in Londonderry. He was in this role when Lord Mountbatten, the Queen's cousin was killed by an IRA bomb in the Republic of Ireland. Lord Mountbatten privately supported a united Ireland.

In fact, as a letter to The Belfast Telegraph pointed out, he is in fact guilty of war crimes. As the letter says: ''Article 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention defines war crimes as: 'Wilful killing, torture or inhuman treatment, including ... wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury, to body, or health''
But now, the former terrorist is Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland. He takes that position while Democratic Unionist MP Peter Robinson takes position of First Minister in the bizarre 'diarchy'. In this form of government there are two heads of state, one a loyalist and one a republican who have equal power.
Today, in Belfast, Mr McGuinness met with the Queen, a historic occasion. Though it would be better if he was in prison for the war crimes he has committed. One example of his activities was in 1973, when he was arrested with 113kg of explosives and 5,000 rounds of ammounition. At the time he told Court ''I am a member of Óglaigh na hÉireann and very, very proud of it''. Further allegations have been made of his involvement with Republican groups and the murder of innocent people.
One thing this does show, is how gracious Her Majesty is.

Sell Gina
Gina Rinehart is not an ogre. She is a brave, courageous woman who knows what she wants. Sadly, she has been personally vilified by many politicians, including the Prime Minister. She, as she has every right to do, invested in Fairfax and now owns nearly 20%. Yet Fairfax, a dying company, is continuing this pathetic farce of refusing to allow Mrs Rinehart, a highly successfull busineswoman who turned around the debt-ridden Hancock Prospecting after the death of her father any representation on the Board.
The company used the excuse that Mrs Rinehart won't sign the ''Fairfax Media Charter of Editorial Independence''. That excuse was proved feeble after this:
''FAIRFAX Media was embroiled in an editorial interference row last night after a director complained about one of its top radio presenters who had criticised the company for denying the world’s richest woman, Gina Rinehart, a seat on the board.
The unidentified male board member wrote a letter to Fairfax Radio about comments made by 2UE breakfast presenter Jason Morrison on Thursday''
My message to Mrs Rinehart is this: if Fairfax don't give their largest shareholder a single board seat without stupid and hypocritical terms and conditions - sell up and let the arrogant idiots steer the company right off a cliff.
An interesting point was made by Andrew Bolt toay. Mrs Rinehart owns shares in one media company; Network Ten, and has board representation at that company. Network Ten has one Conservative programme, The Bolt Report and several left-wing programmes and staff. The Project, The Circle, George Negus (who used to have a show that was axed due to poor ratings), Hamish McDonald (who hosts Ten Late News), Paul Bongiorno (Political Correspondent) and Kath Robinson (Breakfast co-host) are just some examples.
Channel Ten is a fantastic example of freedom of speech and a diversity of perspectives. If anything, it still leans to the left.

Cyprus begs for money now
Spain and Cyprus have both demanded a European Union bailout, in the latest countries to fall victim to big government spending and a welfare entitlement culture. It is expected Cyprus will seek at least €10 billion ($A12.467 billion).

It will also be interesting how long Eurosceptic Tory MP's can put up with David Cameron's refusal to hold a referendum, and his support for further European Integration.

Fine the thugs
NSW Teachers have yet-again betrayed families and students, to assist their political goals, by voting to go on strike again, illegally in relation to School devolution. Strikes should be reserved for when employers are treating their employees badly: not paying them fairly, not providing a safe workplace, etc. Not to assist the Labor Party.
The NSW Industrial Relations Commission has the power to fine the union, let's hope they do.
Shame on teachers for once again betraying the people of NSW and ignoring the mandate which the Coalition Government in NSW has to implement the Local Schools, Local Directions policy.

A pathetic stunt, all in vain
Bigoted Ronald Williams would have been feeling very pleased with himself last week after he won his court case against the Commonwealth concerning funding for Chaplains. Mr Williams is a bigot. He is an atheist, so evidently he is 100% sure God does not exist (arrogance, any one?). That's fine. He is entitled to disbelieve. But his disbelief was'nt enough. He wanted to take away the rights of others to believe, and the rights of others to go to Chaplains or ''missionaries'' and he so snidely called them.
But today, he suffered a serious slap in the face. His costly legal action, which comes with its own website full of bizaree conspiracies and nutty videos has resulted in no change to the current Chaplains funding arrangement. The Government will basically just have to introduce some legislation, that is certain to pass.
Fail. Hope it was all worth it, Ron.
UPDATE: This sorry fellow is now also begging for money, presumably he'll need it considering he has seven children to feed. Remember in the future Ron, children first, bizaree political stunts second.
